Article 9. Information about certification

On certification of products and services (1006-XII-son) · Date: 28.12.1993 · In force

“Uzstandard” Agency informs manufacturers (executors), sellers, consumers and other interested parties about existing certification systems, their bodies, testing laboratories (centers), experts, as well as certificates of conformity, marks of conformity and rules for their use.

Certification bodies should provide the applicant, upon his/her request, with the information necessary for certification of products.

The applicant, upon the request of the certification body, should provide information related to certification, excluding information that is a commercial secret.
