About NEOLEX
NEOLEX (veoskill) is an educational website about the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. You can read laws and codes, go through articles in plain words, test yourself and discuss the law on the forum. Reading is free and needs no account.
Where the texts come from
The texts of laws, codes and other normative acts are taken from the National Database of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan — lex.uz. It is the official source and we always point to it: every act and every article on our site has a link to the original on lex.uz.
Normative legal acts are official documents of the state, published for everyone. We show them for educational and reference purposes, we do not change the content of the norms and we do not present our site as an official publication.
If you represent a state body or a rights holder and want something changed or removed, write to us on Telegram (@neovixar). We will answer quickly.
What we add to the official database
- Every article has its own permanent address like neolex.uz/en/laws/constitution/9. The link can be sent and the article can be cited.
