Accredited product certification bodies and testing laboratories (centers) carry out certification activities and testing activities for certification purposes on the basis of an accreditation certificate issued in the manner prescribed by law.
When certifying products, the applicant is granted the right to use a certificate or a mark of conformity on the basis of an agreement concluded with the relevant accredited certification body that issued the certificate of conformity.
