Article 15. Suspension of validity of the certificate of electronic digital signature key

Validity of the certificate of electronic digital signature key can be suspended by the registration center on the basis of the ownerʼs application the closed key of electronic digital signature for a period specified in the application but not later than the validity of this certificate.

Upon the receipt of the ownerʼs application the closed key of electronic digital signature on suspension of validity of the certificate of electronic digital signature key, the registration center enters an appropriate record in the registry of electronic digital signature certificates and at the same time notifies the owner of the closed key of electronic digital signature.

Upon the ownerʼs application the closed key of electronic digital signature the registration center may restore validity of this certificate within the suspension period of validity of the certificate of electronic digital signature key.
