Article 14. Issuance of the certificate of electronic digital signature key

The certificate of electronic digital signature key is issued by the registration center.

When issuing the certificate of electronic digital signature key in the form of electronic document, it is certified by an electronic digital signature of the authorized person of the registration center.

The certificate of electronic digital signature key in the form of electronic document is issued in duplicate. Each copy of such certificate must be signed by the authorized person of the registration center and certified by seal of the registration center. One copy of the certificate of electronic digital signature key is issued to the owner of the closed key of electronic digital signature, and another copy is stored in the registration center.

Services for issuance of electronic copies of the certificates of electronic digital signature keys in the form of electronic documents are provided free of charge by the registration center.
