Article 7. Formation of Funds of the Republican Fund and Regional Funds

The sources of formation of funds of the republican fund shall be:

funds of the republican budget and additional sources of the republican budget in the amount of not less than 15 percent of the reserve fund of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

charitable donations of individuals and legal entities, including non-residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

other receipts not prohibited by legislation.

The sources of formation of funds of regional funds shall be:

funds from additional sources of the budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local budgets of regions and the city of Tashkent in the amount of not less than15 percent of the reserve funds, respectively, of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of regions and the city of Tashkent;

funds received from the sale of rights to land plots for entrepreneurial and urban planning activities on the electronic trading platform, which are transferred to special treasury accounts of the budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local budgets of regions and the city of Tashkent as additional sources;

charitable donations of legal entities and individuals, including non-residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

other receipts not prohibited by legislation.

Funds received by the Republican Fund and regional funds to be accumulated in personal treasury accounts opened with the Treasury Service Committee under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the treasury departments for the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions, and Tashkent city, respectively.
