Article 6. Centralized Funds for Compensation of Losses to Individuals and Legal Entities In Connection With the Withdrawal of Their Land Plots for Public Needs

On procedures for the withdrawal of land plots for public needs with compensation (LRU-781-son) · Date: 29.06.2022 · In force

Centralized funds for compensation of losses to individuals and legal entities in connection with the withdrawal of their land plots for public needs shall be created under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan - at the republican level (hereinafter referred to as the republican fund), as well as under the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of regions and the city of Tashkent — at the regional level (hereinafter — regional funds).

The Republican Fund and regional funds shall not be legal entities.
