Article 15. Agreeing of Substantiating Materials with the Supervisory Board

On procedures for the withdrawal of land plots for public needs with compensation (LRU-781-son) · Date: 29.06.2022 · In force

Within five working days from the date of determining the preliminary amount of compensation, substantiating materials shall be submitted by the initiator for agreeing to the Supervisory Board, indicating the preliminary amount of compensation.

The Supervisory Board, within ten working days, shall agree or refuse to agree with the substantiating materials by means of a written notification about the decision of the initiator and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional, Tashkent city or district (city) khokimiyats.

In case of a decision is adopted to agree the substantiating materials, the Supervisory Board shall reserve funds in an amount equal to the preliminary amount of compensation to be provided to the right holders.

In case the Supervisory Board refuses to agree, the substantiating materials may be re-submitted by the initiator to the Supervisory Board after the reasons for the refusal have been eliminated.
