Article 14. Withdrawal of Land Plots in Connection With the Need to Implement Resolutions Adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Where it becomes necessary to adopt a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the implementation of projects for the purposes established by part one of Article 4 of this Law, as well as to withdraw land plots, the relevant initiative for the implementation of the project and substantiating materials shall be submitted by interested state bodies to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The initiative for the implementation of the project and the withdrawal of land plots in this regard, as well as substantiating materials, shall be considered by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on the results of consideration by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a resolution shall be adopted on the implementation of the relevant project.

Where it becomes necessary to withdraw land plots in connection with the adoption by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of a resolution on the implementation of the project for the purposes provided for in part one of Article 4 of this Law, all obligations assigned by this Law to the initiator shall be performed by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the khokimiyat of the relevant region or city Tashkent, and the withdrawal of land plots shall be carried out in the manner prescribed by this Law.
