Article 16. Submission of Substantiating Materials to the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Local Kengash

On procedures for the withdrawal of land plots for public needs with compensation (LRU-781-son) · Date: 29.06.2022 · In force

Within three working days after receiving the written consent of the Supervisory Board, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of regions, the city of Tashkent or districts (cities) shall submit substantiating materials, together with the written consent of the Supervisory Board, for consideration by the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local Kengash.

Submission of substantiating materials for consideration by the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local Kengash without obtaining the written consent of the Supervisory Board by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of regions and the city of Tashkent or districts (cities) shall be prohibited.
