Article 74. Artificial Intelligence

Within the territory of the Center, freedom to carry out activity and conduct research in the field of the creation, testing and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies is ensured.

The establishment of norms, restrictions or other measures that directly or indirectly impede the activity referred to in part one of this Article shall not be permitted, except in cases connected with:

the protection of the rights and lawful interests of natural and legal persons;

the prevention of threats to public safety and public order;

compliance with the international obligations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
