Article 75. International Scientific and Technological Cooperation in the Field of Artificial Intelligence

Within the territory of the Center, freedom of the development, implementation and testing of artificial intelligence technologies, as well as of international scientific and technological cooperation, including the participation of foreign natural and legal persons, scientific organisations, educational organisations and technology companies, is ensured.

The results of joint research and development created within the framework of the activity of the Center must receive legal protection in accordance with this Constitutional Law, the resolutions of the Center and the agreements of the parties, as well as the applicable law.
