Article 64. Particular Features of the Protection of Rights in Objects of Intellectual Property

Within the territory of the Center, the protection of rights in objects of intellectual property is guaranteed.

The protection of rights in objects of intellectual property shall be carried out by means of ensuring compliance with the requirements established by the generally recognised (international) norms in this field, the resolutions of the Center and the corresponding acts of legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The resolutions of the Center shall establish additional mechanisms and procedures that stimulate the creation, protection and commercialisation of the results of intellectual activity.

The resolutions of the Center may establish requirements concerning the allocation of rights in works made in the course of employment.
