Article 63. Cloud Technologies

Within the framework of the special legal regime, the storage and processing of data using cloud technologies shall be permitted.

When using cloud technologies, the security, integrity, protection and reliability of the data, as well as the ability to process and use the data, must be ensured.

In the storage and processing of data using cloud technologies, international standards and security requirements shall be observed.
