Article 62. Particular Features of the Processing of Personal Data and the Protection Thereof

Within the territory of the Center, special rules for the processing of personal data and the protection thereof are established, which conform to international standards and are governed by the resolutions of the Center.

The subjects of the Center shall be obliged to adopt and comply with their internal documents aimed at ensuring the protection of personal data and conforming to the requirements established by international standards and the resolutions of the Center.
