Article 61. Regulation of Currency, Financial and Banking Activity

Relations connected with financial and banking activity, as well as with the conduct of currency operations within the territory of the Center, shall be governed by this Constitutional Law and other acts of legislation.

Participants of the Tashkent International Financial Center may provide banking services and other financial services to residents of the Center. The regulation of the activities of such organisations shall be carried out in accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Tashkent International Financial Center”.

The operation of the acts of legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on public procurement shall not apply to relations arising within the territory of the Center under the special legal regime.

The procedure for the conduct of procurement activity by the bodies and participants of the Center shall be determined by the resolutions of the Center approved by the Governing Council.
