Article 60. The Provision of Financial Services and Banking Services within the Territory of the Center

The following financial and banking services shall be rendered by accredited partners within the territory of the Center to the participants of the Center:

banking services (including the taking of deposits, the issuance of loans, and operations connected with securities);

investment activity, including venture investing and consulting;

the services of professional participants of the securities market;

insurance and reinsurance services;

services based on financial technologies, including payment services;

other banking services and financial services not prohibited by legislation.

Where necessary, the Center shall assist the participants of the Center in the preparation, conclusion and legal support of international financial transactions and/or investment transactions.

For the purpose of rendering banking services to the subjects of the Center, the opening of branches of foreign banks within the territory of the Center shall be permitted, in coordination with the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
