Article 65. Protection of Objects of Intellectual Property

Rights in objects of intellectual property shall be registered by the authorised state body in this field, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Within the territory of the Center, favourable conditions shall be created for the registration of the rights of participants of the Center in objects of intellectual property, including for the filing of applications (requests) using digital and other services operating within the territory of the Center.
