Article 37. Confirmation of the Right to Carry Out Labour Activity within the Territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Foreign employees engaged for work by the bodies and participants of the Center shall be exempt from the obligation to obtain confirmation of the right to carry out labour activity within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The restrictions and quotas established under the general procedure by the acts of legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall not apply with respect to the foreign employees referred to in part one of this Article.

For the purpose of applying the incentives provided for by this Article, the procedure for engaging foreign employees and confirming their status shall be determined by the resolutions of the Center.
