Article 38. Registration of Foreign Employees and the Maintenance of Records Thereof

The employment of foreign employees, including their registration and the maintenance of records thereof, shall be carried out by means of the digital platform of the Center.

The resolutions of the Center shall establish additional requirements and criteria with respect to foreign employees, as well as the procedure for their registration, the procedure for the conduct of activity by foreign employees and the termination of such activity.
