Article 35. The Engagement of Foreign Employees

The bodies and participants of the Center shall be entitled to engage, for the conduct of their activity, foreign citizens and stateless persons (hereinafter referred to as the “foreign employees”) in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the resolutions of the Center.

Foreign employees shall, for the conduct of their professional activity, be afforded the guarantees of the protection of labour rights and lawful interests provided for by this Constitutional Law and the resolutions of the Center, and the conditions necessary for this purpose shall be created.
