Article 34. Employees of the Bodies and Participants of the Center

Natural persons carrying out labour activity in the bodies of, or with the participants of, the Center shall be recognised as employees of the bodies and participants of the Center (hereinafter referred to as the “employees”) in the following cases:

on the basis of an employment contract (agreement);

upon election or appointment to a position in the manner established by this Constitutional Law and the resolutions of the Center.

The employees of the bodies and participants of the Center may be citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, foreign citizens or stateless persons.

The bodies and participants of the Center shall take measures to create for their employees the conditions for the conduct of labour activity, and to observe and protect the labour rights and lawful interests of the employees.
