Article 33. Accredited Partners

A legal or natural person that renders consulting, advisory and other services to the subjects of the Center within the territory of the Center and has completed the procedures established by the resolutions of the Center, shall be recognised as an accredited partner.

The procedure for issuing to accredited partners a permit to carry out activity within the territory of the Center, the requirements applicable to them, as well as the procedure for the termination of the status of accredited partner, shall be determined by the resolutions of the Center.

Accredited partners shall be obliged to comply with this Constitutional Law, the acts of legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the requirements and rules established by the resolutions of the Center.

The special tax and customs regime of the Center, as well as the other incentives and preferences provided for by this Constitutional Law and the resolutions of the Center, shall not apply with respect to accredited partners.
