Article 24. Investment Activity

Investment activity within the territory of the Center is directed towards:

enhancing the investment attractiveness of the Center and creating favourable conditions for the making of investments;

the development and implementation of guarantees of the rights and lawful interests of investors, including mechanisms for the protection of investments;

the formation of an ecosystem of alternative investments, including venture investments.

With respect to investors and investments, on the basis of the principle of secure protection and subject to compliance with the resolutions of the Center, an aggregate of guarantees aimed at protecting the rights and lawful interests of the participants of the Center shall apply.
