Article 25. Tasks of the Center within the Framework of Investment Activity

Within the framework of the conduct of investment activity, the Center performs the following tasks:

facilitating the implementation of investment projects, including investment projects implemented with the attraction and use of venture investments and other alternative forms of financing, as well as the coordination of these processes;

participation in the preparation, conclusion and support of investment transactions, including the provision of methodological and organisational assistance on legal, financial and other matters;

the organisation of interaction among investors, start-ups, venture funds and other subjects of investment activity;

the performance of other tasks connected with investment activity that are provided for by this Constitutional Law and the resolutions of the Center.
