Article 23. Register of Participants of the Center

The register of participants of the Center is the official database of the Center containing information on the participants of the Center, including information on the acquisition, suspension and termination of the status of participant of the Center.

The procedure for the formation and maintenance of the register of participants of the Center, the composition of the information entered therein, the procedure for the provision and updating thereof, as well as the procedure for the use of this register, shall be determined by the resolutions of the Center.
