Article 5. Special authorized body

On electronic digital signature (562-II-son) · Date: 11.12.2003 · In force

Special authorized body:

develop standards, norms and rules of use of electronic digital signature;

exercise the state registration of registration centers of electronic digital signature keys (hereafter referred to as the registration center);

carries out the unified state register certificates of electronic digital signature keys belong to the authorized persons of the registration centers and ensures the free access of legal entities and physical persons;

issue certificates of electronic digital signature keys to authorized persons of the registration centers;

confirms the authenticity of the electronic digital signature of the authorized persons of the registration centers upon request of legal and physical persons;

carries out other powers in accordance with legislation.
