Article 18. Liquidation the registration center

The registration center can be liquidated in the order established by the legislation.

The registration center must inform the special authorized body within one month from the date of its decision on liquidation and all owners of the closed key of digital signature keys included in the registry of certificates of electronic digital signatures keys of this registration center.

In case of liquidation of the registration center, the certificates of electronic digital signature keys issued by this registration center can be transferred to other registration centers with the consent of the owners of the closed keys of electronic digital signature.

Certificates of the electronic digital signature keys that have not been submitted to other registration centers are canceled and submitted to the special authorized body for storage, informing the users of open key of electronic digital signatures.
