Article 11. Responsibility of the owner of closed key of electronic digital signature

The owner of closed key of electronic digital signature will be the responsible before the user of the open key of electronic digital signature for damage caused by unauthorized use of the closed key of electronic digital signature as a result non performance of the obligations specified in the second part of article 10 of this Law.
