Article 10. The owner of closed key of electronic digital signature

On electronic digital signature (562-II-son) · Date: 11.12.2003 · In force

Physical person who created the electronic digital signature (singed in electronic document) and was issued the certificate of electronic digital signature key by the registration center on his behalf will be the owner of closed key of electronic digital signature.

The owner of closed key of electronic digital signature must:

provide control over the use of the closed key of electronic digital signature;

inform the registration center issued the certificate of electronic digital signature key about that use mode of electronic digital signature is broken or the possibility of distortion and suspend the validity of the certificate of electronic digital signature key or request cancellation of the certificate;

shall inform the registration center about the reorganization or liquidation of the legal entity, which he is its representative.
