Article 12. The user of the open key of electronic digital signature

Legal entity or a physical who are using open key of electronic digital signature to confirm the authenticity of electronic digital signature may be the user of the open key of electronic digital signature.

The user of the open key of electronic digital signature has the right to apply to the registration center issued the certificate of electronic digital signature key in order to check that the open key of electronic digital signature belongs to the owner of closed key of electronic digital signature and the authenticity of electronic digital signature, as well as to inform the owner of closed key of electronic digital signature about non confirmation of the authenticity of electronic digital signature.

The user of the open key of electronic digital signature must ensure the protection of the personal information of the owner of closed key of electronic digital signature.
