Article 9. Supervisory Boards of the Republican Fund and Regional Funds

On procedures for the withdrawal of land plots for public needs with compensation (LRU-781-son) · Date: 29.06.2022 · In force

Supervisory boards of the republican fund and regional funds (hereinafter referred to as supervisory boards) shall be the supreme governance bodies of these funds.

The composition and procedure for carrying out the activities of supervisory boards shall be approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
