Article 10. Powers of Supervisory Boards

On procedures for the withdrawal of land plots for public needs with compensation (LRU-781-son) · Date: 29.06.2022 · In force

Supervisory Boards shall have the following powers:

review and approval of substantiating materials submitted by the initiator;

adoption of decisions on financing compensation for losses to individuals and legal entities in connection with the withdrawal of land plots from them for public needs;

consideration of forecasts of receipts and use of funds of the relevant fund, as well as their approval for the next year;

ensuring the stable formation of income of the relevant fund and timely financing of compensation for losses to individuals and legal entities in connection with the withdrawal of their land plots for public needs.
