Article 37. Liability for Violation of Legislation on Procedures for Withdrawal of Land Plots for Public Needs with Compensation

On procedures for the withdrawal of land plots for public needs with compensation (LRU-781-son) · Date: 29.06.2022 · In force

Withdrawal of land plots and demolishing of immovable property objects without complying with the requirements of this Law shall be prohibited.

Persons found guilty of violating the legislation on procedures for the withdrawal of land plots for public needs with compensation shall be liable in accordance with the established procedure.
