Article 36. Prevention of Misuse of Land Plots Withdrawn by Decision of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Local Kengash

On procedures for the withdrawal of land plots for public needs with compensation (LRU-781-son) · Date: 29.06.2022 · In force

Land plots withdrawn by decision of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local Kengash, can be used exclusively for the purposes specified in this decision.

Use of land plots withdrawn by decision of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local Kengash for purposes not provided for in this decision shall be prohibited, except as provided for in part three of this article.

In the event of circumstances preventing the use of the withdrawn land plot for the purposes specified in the decision of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the local Kengash on the withdrawal of the land plot, which the initiator could not foresee in advance, this land plot can be used by decision of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the local Kengash for one of the purposes provided for in the first part of Article 4 of this Law.
