Article 35. Prevention of Adoption of Decisions on Demolition of Immovable Property Objects before Considering Dispute Related To Provision of Compensation to Right Holder

Adoption of a decision on the demolition of objects of immovable property located on the withdrawn land plot in the event of a dispute related to the provision of compensation to the right holder, if this dispute has not been considered in a pre-trial order and in the absence of a court decision that has entered into legal force on this dispute, shall be prohibited.
