Article 34. Settlement of Disputes Related To Provision of Compensation To Right Holder

On procedures for the withdrawal of land plots for public needs with compensation (LRU-781-son) · Date: 29.06.2022 · In force

The Compensation Commissions shall preliminarily consider disputes related to the provision of compensation to the right holder in the pre-trial procedure.

The Compensation Commission must consider an application on a dispute related to the provision of compensation to the right holder within three working days from the date of its receipt.

A party that does not agree with the decision of the Compensation Commission may apply to the court in accordance with the procedure established by legislative acts.
