Article 38. Reimbursement for Losses Caused In Case of Recognition of Adopted Administrative Act as Illegal

On procedures for the withdrawal of land plots for public needs with compensation (LRU-781-son) · Date: 29.06.2022 · In force

Where the decisions of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the local Kengash on the withdrawal of land plots for public needs and the demolition of objects of immovable property are recognized as illegal, the losses caused to individuals and legal entities shall be reimbursed primarily from centralized funds, followed by the recovery of these funds from the guilty persons in regressive order.
