On procedures for the withdrawal of land plots for public needs with compensation (LRU-781-son) · Date: 29.06.2022 · In force

Legislation on procedures for the withdrawal of land plots for public needs with compensation shall consist of this Law and other acts of legislation.

If an international treaty of the Republic of Uzbekistan establishes other rules than those provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the procedures for the withdrawal of land plots for public needs with compensation, then the rules of the international treaty shall apply.
