Article 1. Purpose and Scope of Present Law

On procedures for the withdrawal of land plots for public needs with compensation (LRU-781-son) · Date: 29.06.2022 · In force

The purpose of this Law shall be the establishment of procedures for the withdrawal of land plots or their parts (hereinafter referred to as the land plot) owned by individuals and legal entities on the basis of the right of lifetime inheritable possession, permanent possession, permanent use, fixed-term (temporary) use or lease, for public needs with compensation.

This Law shall not apply to land plots owned by individuals and legal entities on the rights of ownership, as well as those being in constant use by state bodies and institutions, enterprises, self-government bodies of citizens.
