Article 6. Procedure for Temporary Stay in the Territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Foreign citizens and stateless persons temporarily staying in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, who permanently reside in the territory of other states, may temporarily reside on their valid travel documents in means of accommodation or other dwelling space of their choice, as well as in health care facilities.

Foreign citizens and stateless persons temporarily staying in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, who permanently reside in the territory of other states, shall be registered at the place of their temporary stay.

The procedure for registering foreign citizens and stateless persons, who permanently reside in the territory of other states, at the place of their temporary stay in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
