Article 36. Financing scientific projects

Financing scientific projects are funded by:

Republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

local budget;

special and targeted funds;

business entities;

the employer;

international organizations and donors;

at the expense of other sources not prohibited by legislation.

The financing of scientific projects carried out within the framework of state programs on scientific activity and state targeted programs on scientific activity shall be carried out at the expense of the State Budget funds of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as other sources not prohibited by legislation.

The financing of projects carried out within the framework of territorial programs on scientific activity shall be carried out at the expense of local budget funds, as well as other sources not prohibited by legislation.
