Basic financing shall be applied to state scientific organizations at the expense of the State Budget funds of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the manner prescribed by legislation. The list of such organizations shall be approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan upon the recommendation of the authorized state body.
Remuneration for the labor of scientific employees of state scientific organizations directly at the expense of the State Budget funds of the Republic of Uzbekistan shall be carried out in accordance with legislation.
