Article 64. Deadline for filing an administrative complaint

An administrative complaint may be filed no later than thirty days from the moment of the proper notification of the administrative act, procedural act or from the moment when the person concerned became aware of the administrative action, unless otherwise provided by law.

The deadline for filing an administrative complaint may be restored by the administrative body considering the complaint, if it was missed for a good reason.
