Article 50. The procedure for considering an administrative case at a meeting

On administrative procedures (LRU-457-son) · Date: 08.01.2018 · In force

Consideration of an administrative case is opened by an official of the administrative body, and in the case of a collegiate body — by the chairperson. Then, oral explanations of the participants in the administrative proceedings are heard.

Participants in administrative proceedings may ask each other questions.

After that, the administrative body proceeds to hearing the explanations of the persons contributing to the resolution of the administrative case and the examination of other evidence.

Written explanations of participants in administrative proceedings, as well as persons assisting in the resolution of the administrative case, must be announced at the meeting.

Petitions of interested persons participating in administrative proceedings are considered after hearing other participants in administrative proceedings.
