Article 51. Adoption of an administrative act on an administrative case considered at a meeting

An official of an administrative body or a collegiate body, following the consideration of an administrative case in a session, shall adopt an administrative act.

In the case when the adoption of an administrative act is carried out on the basis of the results of consideration of other bodies and officials, such consideration shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of this Law.
