Article 1661. Procedure for ensuring openness of the budget process

First-level budget managers, second-level budget managers, territorial budget managers, state trust funds, Fund for Reconstruction and Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to the results of each quarter, by the 25th day of the first month of the next quarter, post information on their official websites:

distribution of budget funds in the context of subordinate budget organizations;

periodic financial reports;

recipients of subsidies and loans from state trust funds;

implementation of projects carried out at the expense of capital investments;

conducted competitions (tenders) and public procurements.

If territorial managers of budget funds do not have official websites, they post the information specified in part one of this article on the official websites of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of regions and the city of Tashkent, districts and cities, respectively.

In the first month of the financial year, the state financial control bodies post information on their official websites on work plans for the financial year, and at the end of each quarter, no later than the 25th day of the month following the quarter, information on financial offenses and positive results identified as a result of control measures.

The list of purchased goods and services, facilities where construction, reconstruction and repair work is carried out, at the expense of additional sources of the budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local budgets of regions and the city of Tashkent, budgets of districts and cities, as well as information on financing construction and repair work, are necessarily posted respectively by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional khokimiyats and the cities of Tashkent, districts and cities on their official websites according to the results of each quarter until the 10th day of the first month of the next quarter.

According to the results of each quarter, the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the relevant budget managers, no later than the 25th day of the month following the quarter, post on their official websites information on the implementation of programs for the development of social and industrial infrastructure financed from the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in the context of first-level budget managers.
