Article 166. Report on execution of budgets of state trust funds

The report on the execution of state trust fund budgets includes the following:

balance of execution of budgets of state trust funds;

report on the execution of budget revenues of state trust funds;

report on the execution of budget expenditures of state trust funds;

information on accounts receivable and accounts payable of state trust funds;

report on the movement of non-financial assets of state trust funds;

report on cash flows in national and foreign currency of state trust funds;

a report on the implementation of the plan by network, states and contingent for the managing bodies of state trust funds.

Bodies managing state trust funds submit monthly reports to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the execution of income and expenditures of the budgets of state trust funds for analytical purposes.

The procedure for drawing up, approving and submitting reports on the execution of budgets of state trust funds is established by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Bodies — managers of state trust funds submit to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

quarterly report on the execution of budgets of state trust funds within the time frame determined by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

annual report on the execution of budgets of state trust funds until April 1 of the year following the reporting year.
