Article 167. External audit and evaluation of annual report on execution of State budget and budgets of state trust funds

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, by April 5 of the year following the reporting year, sends to the Accounting Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan an annual report on the execution of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and budgets of state trust funds for external audit and evaluation.

The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the khokimiyats of the regions and the city of Tashkent, by April 5, following the reporting year, send to the Accounting Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan an annual report on the execution of the budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local budgets of the regions and the city of Tashkent in the prescribed form by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan for external audit and evaluation.

The Accounting Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

no later than May 10 of the year following the reporting year, sends to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan conclusions on the annual report on the execution of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the budgets of state trust funds;

no later than May 10 of the year following the reporting year, sends to the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the khokimiyats of the regions, the city of Tashkent, the relevant conclusions on the annual report on the execution of the budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local budgets of the regions and the city of Tashkent.

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, no later than May 15 of the year following the reporting year, submits to the Chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan an annual report on the execution of the State Budget and budgets of state trust funds, together with the conclusion of the Accounting Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the relevant khokimiyats shall submit annual reports on the execution of the budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, local budgets of the regions and the city of Tashkent, together with the conclusion of the Accounting Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan, respectively, to the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Kengashes of Peopleʼs Deputies of the regions and the city of Tashkent within the time limits provided for in Article 168 of this Code.
