Article 16. The right of the consumer to a proportionate reduction in the purchase price of goods with defects or termination of the contract

If the seller (manufacturer) has not complied with the consumerʼs requirements to replace the product or eliminate defects in it, the consumer has the right to demand a commensurate reduction in the purchase price of the goods or termination of the contract with compensation for losses and moral damage in accordance with articles 20 and 22 of this Law.
